Our Traumatic experiences can also be used as a weapon against the adversary. The forces that are against us are very strategic, militant, and organized. Every encounter with negativity is designed to get a certain reaction from you. Since we are made in the Image of God there is nothing that the adversary wants more that to destroy this image.

GRATITUDE PREVENTS YOU FROM TAKING EACH OTHER FOR GRANTED.

We’ve learned to live with a lot more uncertainty lately; we don’t know what tomorrow, or next week, or next year will bring. It’s not a given that you or your spouse will be there every day into the future, or what adversity you might go through. It’s not always pleasant to imagine, so instead, focus on how you can best cherish each other every day. Knowing life can change in the blink of an eye makes us less likely to want to spend time fighting about trivial things.

We are praying for those who are hurting emotionally during this pandemic. Those who have lost loved ones or who are experiencing the pain of broken relationships. We encourage those in these times to examine the meaning life and live your best life now. Nothing lasts forever so make the best of your God given time. Don't wait to say I love you or allow pride to stop you from mending relationships.

As with most things in life, agreeing and disagreeing with your spouse isn’t black and white. There is a lot of gray area in between, and trying to reach total agreement can sometimes be an exercise in frustration. Understanding the difference between agreement and alignment and when each one is best utilized can help you keep the big picture in mind when it’s easy to get caught up in smaller disagreements.
