You do! You know that, right??

➡️The amount of times I get a blank stare, or TEARS in response to a very common question- "what are you doing to fill up your own cup?"

99% of my patients DON'T have an answer. That means, we are a group of women who are NOT ALLOWING THE BRAIN TO REST.

Inside- if we are constantly turned on, your cortisol baseline is going up, up, up, until it cannot anymore, and then it's💥CRASHING💥, and you become symptomatic- weight gain, fatigue, easily overwhelmed, begin having symptoms of ADHD (when you didn't before, or they were manageable), craving salty things all the time, hair loss, skin changes, all of it.

So, it's really not just for funsies, it's important to choose you too! 💁‍♀️
