This case of the week highlights a 17-year-old patient just three months after rhinoplasty and only days away from starting her freshman year of college.

Her procedure was performed to improve both function and appearance. By refining a prominent nasal hump, narrowing the nasal bones, and lifting and reshaping the tip, we created a nose that complements her facial features while also improving airflow and breathing.
