Yoga Chi is a harmonizing stretch-and-flow session that blends Qi Gong breathwork, gentle Tai Chi-inspired movement, and soothing yoga to support balance, focus, and mind-body connection. Participants will begin with centering breathwork and circular movements designed to encourage energy flow, coordination, and grounded awareness, followed by a calming yoga sequence with stretching and restorative poses. This class offers a peaceful way to move, breathe, reset, and leave feeling refreshed from the inside out.

Curious about Traditional Chinese Medicine but not sure where to begin?
ACAOM is offering Introduction to Chinese Medicine: A Holistic Approach to Body & Health, a 7-week onsite course designed to give you a practical, engaging foundation in TCM.
In this class, you’ll explore Yin-Yang theory, the Five Elements, organs, meridians, nutrition, herbs, and traditional tools like cupping, gua sha, and tui na. You’ll also be introduced to basic TCM observation concepts such as the tongue, eyes, and pulse, while each class ends with light qigong and tai chi exercises to help you experience the principles in real time.

Looking for a Saturday reset that moves and restores? Join us for Yoga Chi, a 90-minute harmonizing stretch and flow experience blending Qi Gong breathwork, gentle Tai Chi-inspired movement, and soothing yoga to help you center the body, build balance, and reconnect with your breath.
We’ll begin with focused breathwork and circular shifting movements to support energy circulation, coordination, and grounded presence, then transition into a calming yoga flow with floor stretches and restorative poses. Bring a mat, water, and good vibes, we’ll handle the Chi.
