Saati I share effective & efficient yogic and meditative techniques that help people relax & increase vitality. (No offense...but I'm not a hippie).

Examples include: reducing anxiety, grief, stress; enhancing creativity, brain health (preventative & recovery) - & much more. I've studied with Yogic and Meditative Healing Masters for the past 25 years in yogic and meditative therapies. Harvard Medical research has conducted medical research and proven that these techniques work. Although, I do LOVE the natural world and immerse myself in it as

much as possible. Nature and it's creatures are soul food. In my private time, I explore abstract multimedia art projects - and perhaps one day, I'll show them publicly. I do dream of being a self-sustaining artist, as well as a yogic-meditative healer. My niece and nephew fill my heart with joy and immense love. With all of life's challenges, I continue to bow - to be grateful, humble, & serviceful.

The moment he walked into the room, I knew. Tears streamed down my cheeks. My heart blew open. Happy Birthday Celebration to my Teacher, Gurudev.

Somehow, I was blessed to study meditation & healing with him since the late 90s.

Every moment was so precious, even if he blasted my ego.

The teaching and studying continues.

He changed the course of my life.

I loved his hands, so soft, powerful, graceful, healing.

And, he always wore very cool Italian shoes. 👌🏼

With love…forever.
And, all love to the Sat Nam Rasayan family. I miss you, too.

And, I learned that crystal bowls can be quite practical in unexpected ways!

When I was a rock star…circa 1998, 🎤🎸

This weekend, Mom dropped of like 7 boxes of baby photos & momentous & report cards & graduate books that span my entire life prior to iPhones.

I’m a bit intimidated to revisit that beautiful, rough & wild ride. Grateful to the dear friends along the way.
