Today we’re shining the Terra Bella spotlight on Neva Green, our Medical Records Director!🎉 💚

Neva has been part of the Terra Bella Health & Wellness Suites family for 4.5 years, and she plays an important role in keeping us organized and on track! As Medical Records Director, Neva helps ensure our residents’ medical records are accurate, organized, confidential, and compliant. She works closely with our clinical and administrative teams, supports audit readiness, and uses her attention to detail and problem-solving skills to help keep things running smoothly. 📋💻✨

But there’s more to Neva than medical records!
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling ✈️, fun-filled weekends with her kids 👩‍👧‍👦, learning new things 📚, and challenging herself to keep growing!

We love that mindset because there’s always another level when you’re willing to learn, grow, and challenge yourself! 🙌
