Social interaction can be challenging for some children, but that doesn't mean they don't want connection.

Social skills can include much more than simply “being social.”

A child might be working on:
• Joining a game
• Taking turns
• Participating in group activities
• Communicating with another child
• Sharing an interest
• Learning how to navigate social situations

At Thrive Behavior Centers, our team finds fun and meaningful ways for children to practice interacting with and enjoying the world around them.

And because every child is different, social goals are based on the child's individual needs and treatment plan.

There are a lot of pieces that make up the Thrive approach.

💙 Personalized ABA services
💙 Purposeful play
💙 Functional communication
💙 Parent education
💙 Clinical supervision
💙 Practical life skills
💙 A team that works together

Our website describes our approach as ABA therapy that is as unique as the child receiving it, with treatment built around individual needs rather than a cookie-cutter model.

We believe children deserve thoughtful clinical care while still having room to play, laugh, explore, and be themselves.

That is what we mean when we say Thrive.

Parent education is an essential component of the Thrive treatment model.

Children do not spend their entire day in therapy. Supporting consistency across environments is therefore an important part of helping skills become functional in everyday life.

Thrive's BCBAs provide parents with practical education and strategies they can use at home, while also collaborating with families around their child's treatment goals.

This team approach helps connect clinical treatment with the child's daily experiences.

If your family has been thinking about ABA therapy, you may have a long list of questions before you're ready to take the next step.

And that's okay.

You may be wondering:

• Is ABA appropriate for my child?
• What does a typical therapy day look like?
• What skills can ABA support?
• How does the treatment process work?
• What happens after the initial conversation?

You don't have to know all the answers before reaching out.

At Thrive Behavior Centers, our team is here to listen, answer questions, and help families understand our personalized approach to ABA services.

Start with a conversation and take the next step when you're ready.
