Karmelo Anthony Trial - Medical Examiner Testifies "Injury not survivable" de*th ruled a homicide

The medical examiner took the stand today and described the fatal stab wound that killed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf.

People in the courtroom were warned about the graphic nature of the testimony and gave people - who didn't want to hear, or didn't think they would be able to handle hearing it - the opportunity to leave the room.

Austin Metcalf's parents and most of his family left.

The medical examiner said that Austin was stabbed once on the left side of his chest.

The blade pierced the sternum - the bone in the center of the chest - then went through the pericardial sac surrounding the heart and into the right side of the heart itself.

The wound measured about 2 inches long and was described as gaping.

The examiner said the knife went completely through the heart wall and that the injury was not survivable

The state has now rested its case against Anthony - without calling Hunter Metcalf to the stand.

The Defense asked the court for a directed verdict - which is a motion asking the judge to toss the case because the prosecution failed to prove its case. The judge said no and asked the Defense what was next.

They didn't know - so the court took a break. Very telling.

The man claiming to have seen the Karmelo Anthony stabbing video, has been exposed as Morris Dwayne Turner, a convicted child s*x offender from Little Elm, Texas

Morris claimed that four people from Memorial High School can be seen jumping Anthony in the video.

🔷️He claimed that Hunter and Austin Metcalf stood in the middle, and after Austin pushed Anthony, all four jumped him.

🔷️He said he could hear Hunter and Austin antagonizing Anthony, then they started hitting him.

"Karmelo was trying to get away. They started chasing him, Austin tried to chase him too but he grabbed his chest and fell down. They tried to get him but Karmelo's so fast he made it to the coach"

Morris' claims are in direct opposition of sworn testimony from students, coaches and video evidence that was presented in court.

But what is not disputed, is that Morris is a convicted child r*pist.

According to officials, he lured a little boy to a hotel room, forced him to watch p**n, then r*ped them.

Public records confirm Morris Dwayne Turner is a registered s*x offender in Denton County, Texas:

🔺️In March 2017, Turner traveled more than 200 miles from the Little Elm area to Austin, Texas.

🔺️He picked up a 13-year-old middle school boy who had gone missing.

🔺️The boy later returned with hickeys on his neck and a new cell phone.

🔺️Turner took the boy to a hotel, where he r*ped him

🔺️He was arrested in September 2017 in Denton County on a felony charge of trafficking of persons.

🔺️Court records list his conviction for Indecency with a Child / Contact: s*xual contact with intent to arouse or gratify, victim under 17.

🔺️He is on the Texas s*x offender registry and lifetime registration requirement.

🔺️He served about three years in prison related to an indecency conviction around 2018.

DHS allows Indian Sikhs to carry daggers - like the one used to kIll Henry Nowak - into thousands of secure federal buildings as a religious accommodation.

All others are banned from carrying weapons into these locations

18-year-old university student Nowak was m*rdered by an Indian Sikh who stabbed him with a eight-inch dagger he tied to his faith.

The policy was put in place after Sikh IRS employee - Kawaljeet Kaur Tagore - filed a lawsuit.

It covers about 9,000 FPS-secured federal facilities nationwide.

These religious daggers range in size from 2.5 inches to 8 inches.

Blades shorter than 2.5 inches enter without approval, longer than 2.5 inches require a case-by-case exception or exemption.

Federal law still bars dangerous weapons.

TSA, also under DHS, allows kirpans in checked baggage.

Knives and machetes are often used by third world migrants - who are now occupying large portions of the US.

A 20-year-old McDonald’s closing shift manager suffered second-degree burns after a coworker threw hot oil on him.

Now California officials say they are looking for a 'missing person' instead of a dangerous suspect.

Jacob Smith suffered burns on over 22% of his body, including severe burns to his face, neck, shoulder, upper torso, right arm, and left hand and fingertips, after his coworker threw hot oil on him without warning during a late shift.

Smith was in the office counting money at closing time with one other employee washing dishes nearby.

Smith saw movement to his left, turned quickly, and was struck on the right side of his upper body and face by hot oil allegedly thrown by 23-year-old coworker Jalani Bluett.

Smith initially believed he had been hit with hot coffee. He tore off his burning shirt, locked the restaurant doors, and called his manager to apologize for not finishing cleaning.

Bluett took off before officers arrived. Police identified Bluett as the suspect and issued a warrant for his arrest.

The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office posted on social media describing him as an at-risk missing person

“due to a diagnosis and vulnerabilities,” shared his photo and description and asked the public to help locate him and bring him “home safely.”

They did not mention the assault, the fact that he was being charged with three felonies or that he may be dangerous.

The hot oil caused deep tissue damage and doctors are considering skin graft surgery on his back and neck.

Wound care is extremely painful. His mother, Amber Smith, reported he experiences the most severe pain in his fingertips because he raised his left arm to shield his face.

He is still hospitalized and is trying to stay positive.

“He has a lot of pain when they are doing wound care.”

“Because it was oil it can cause much more deep damage.”

“He’s struggling with trying to understand the why.”

She described her son as “God-fearing” and generous: “If he had $5 in his wallet and you needed it, he would just give it to you.”

His mother started a GoFundMe to help cover medical bills not fully covered by insurance, ongoing treatments, lost wages, rent, utilities, groceries, transportation, and daily living costs while he recovers and cannot work.

Bluett is being charged with:

Bluett pleaded not guilty.

This as President Donald Trump accuses California Democrats of trying to steal the gubernatorial and Los Angeles mayoral primary elections through delayed counting and voter fraud.

Meanwhile,
A large ballot update showed Republican candidate Spencer Pratt receiving exactly zero new votes from a batch of roughly 24,000 ballots while Mayor Karen Bass and Nithya Raman gained thousands, triggering immediate accusations of cheating.

Pratt, who was solidly in 2nd place on election night, may not even make the cut.

Public dashboards show a drop where Pratt’s vote total remained at the same number even as 24,000 to 24,834 ballots came in. Not one vote for Pratt - who was polling about 30% in the race and had shown consistent surging support in earlier counts.

In the screenshots, Bass gained over 12,000 votes and Raman gained over 9,000 in the same reporting window, while Pratt received none.

Accusations followed that late mail-in ballots were being manipulated or selectively reported to suppress Pratt’s totals.

Election data expert Clay Parikh, who has national security clearances and prior experience auditing voting systems and data processes, flagged issues in how the numbers were being generated and displayed - saying something seems 'off'

Los Angeles Democrats say 'it's just a glitch' so nothing to see here - it just appears as though Pratt got zero votes.

According to this explanation, the system updated percentages and totals for some candidates (the democrats) before Pratt’s numbers refreshed, creating a misleading snapshot.

The man at Karmelo Anthony's m*rder trial, saying the 'only good cr*cker is a de*d cr*cker' and that he'll 'push a cr*cker into the grave' is Jacob Blake Sr. of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

He has a documented history of anti-white and anti-Semitic statements on social media.

His son Jacob Blake Jr. was shot by police when they were trying to arrest him.

It happened in 2020, when police were called out to a domestic disturbance call at the home of Laquisha Booker, the mother of Jacob Blake Jr.’s children.

Booker told dispatchers that Blake was not allowed on the property, had taken her car keys, and refused to return them.

Officers arrived aware of an active felony arrest warrant for Blake issued in July 2020 on charges of third-degree s*xual assault, trespassing, and disorderly conduct stemming from a prior domestic abuse attack involving the same woman.

Bodycam footage and witness video show officers being attacked by Blake, officers ordering Blake to stop as he fought them, he ignored commands, and moved toward an SUV.

Police repeatedly yelled “drop the knife.”

Blake Jr. refused, and turned toward an officer with a knife in hand. The police shot him. He survived but was paralyzed from the waist down.

The knife was recovered from the driver’s side floorboard of the vehicle and Blake admitted to possessing it.

No charges were filed against the officer at a state level, and Biden's DOJ also declined to file charges.

Blake later pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and domestic abuse; the felony s*xual assault charge was dropped as part of the deal.

He received two years of probation.

The shooting triggered multiple nights of violent riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Protesters set fires, looted businesses, and attacked police and civilians.

At least two people were k*lled before the National Guard stepped in.

Jacob Blake Sr. has since shown up at rallies and press conferences talking about systemic racism and police misconduct.

In 2020 interviews he focused on healing and justice for his son while criticizing the lack of charges.

However, Facebook posts attributed to his account show repeated slurs against white people (“cr*ckers,” “pink toes”) and claims about Jewish control of media and finance.

He posted support for Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, writing phrases such as “I’m with Farrakhan” and “A jew can’t tell me sh*t period.”

Two Pakistanis m*slims convicted of gang-r*ping a French tourist in front of her two children after her car ran out of gas will be executed

The de*th sentence for the two m*slims - Abid Malhi and Shafqat Ali -was just upheld.

The attack took place back in 2020.

The victim, in her early 30s and a resident of France, was traveling with her two young children when her vehicle ran out of gas on a secluded road.

She locked the doors and called police and relatives for help.

While waiting, two men in their early to mid-30s - Malhi and Ali spotted the stranded car.

One of the m*slims had a documented criminal history and was wanted for murder and r*pe.

They smashed a window, dragged the mother and her children out at gunpoint, robbed the family of cash, jewelry, and bank cards, and forced them down an embankment into a nearby field beside a forested area.

There, the men repeatedly gang-r*ped the woman in front of her terrified children before fleeing.

An anti-t*rrorism court in Lahore convicted both men in March 2021 of gang r*pe, kidnapping, robbery, and terrorism-related offenses, sentencing them to death.

The Lahore High Court dismissed their appeals on June 3, confirming the death sentences.
