Dear Beloved Clients,
As the leaves change and usher in a new season, it is with mixed emotions that I share some heartfelt news with you. After seven wonderful years of building community, sharing breath, and cultivating wellness together at The Breathing Room, I have made the decision to pass the torch to the incredibly talented Sarah Graves.
From the very first class, you have all been a part of this journey—each inhale and exhale, every breakthrough and challenge, and the beautiful connections we’ve forged. It has truly been a privilege to witness your growth and dedication in your practice.
Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to The Breathing Room. With her compassionate approach and passion for teaching, I am confident that she will continue to foster a nurturing environment while introducing you to new experiences and techniques. I sincerely believe that you will find in her guidance, the same warmth and inspiration that has been at the heart of our studio.
I want to assure you that this transition will be seamless. I have been working closely with Sarah over the past few months and will continue in the coming weeks, ensuring that she is fully equipped to support each of you just as I have tried to do. I will always cherish the memories we’ve created and the bonds we’ve built, and though I am stepping back, I will forever carry a piece of The Breathing Room in my heart. And I will never be a stranger to this beautiful space. You may see me on the schedule from time to time or seated next to you in class.
Please join us for a special Open House at the studio on October 11th where you will get a chance to experience all there is to offer at The Breathing Room. It promises to be a day filled with gratitude, joy, and, of course, movement to honor our time together and celebrate new beginnings and what is to come!
Thank you for being an integral part of this journey. I am excited for the next chapter of The Breathing Room under Sarah’s care, and I look forward to seeing the collective growth of our community.
