This body that support your whole existence is worthy of your love and affection. Be generous to it.

Our bodies work with the same rhythms as nature. Which means we aren't actually meant to be doing all the time. Sometimes, often more than we believe, we are called to just be.

We are in fact human-beings, not human-doings.

So here is your reminder, you are not behind on anything. Everything is unfolding naturally. You are allowed to rest. Don't judge yourself for how long it's taking. Be patient. You are exactly where you need to be and your time to bloom is coming soon enough.

Can you let go of the timeline in your head and work with the rhythms of nature?

Ask yourself what season of life are you in and what is needed from you to nurture that season. Remember we aren't meant to be in bloom all the time ❤

Things you might not know about me. Are you ready?!

I started LSN on a whim, 5 years ago in the middle of an identity crisis. I was lost and all I knew was my life as a mother and wife.

I decided I wanted to share my passion for food, body, wellness, and a mixture of all things that I’m most passionate about.

I’m 32 years young (Sagittarius) currently living in Texas with my husband, Ramon, and our two teenage children. (just in case you're new here)

It's been hard balancing life, motherhood, marriage, and a business while navigating my own healing journey.

At 16 I had my first child and as my body changed I went down a long road of dieting. I starved/binged ate my way to understanding that my relationship to food was in need of recovery.

Took me a few years but I finally healed my relationship to food + body. What I learned is that perfectionism whether it be with food, body, or self is an attempt to find safety. Dieting was never about the food. It was my way of coping with years of childhood trauma and neglect.

I'm a private chef, a certified Nutritional Therapist and currently, I'm working on a Life Coaching certification. My goal is to help other women see that if I can do it they sure as hell can too.

My favorite food is vegan food and if you can't tell I make magic in the kitchen. ✨

What you see is what you get. It's messy most of the time but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Tell me a little something about you... I wanna know 🤗

lately i've been enjoying more rest, nourishment, intentional movement and pleasure through creativity.

for so long i've struggled with criticizing myself for what i’ve been doing with my time. like what I do isn't enough. not just with being productive at home but with work, parenting, school, marriage and ME time too.

i’m still learning to accept what i have time for and what is truly important to me. i love my work, i love my family, my friends, but i love my Me time too. i want to be better at balancing it all, not perfect, just better. and i wanna have a damn good time doing it. ✌

here's to cultivating balance and honoring all things in my life that bring me joy ❤
