People always say yoga does not make you strong and honestly I used to wonder the same thing.

But the longer I stay consistent the more I realize strength shows up in ways you do not expect. In your body yes, but also in your mind and in your soul. That is the part nobody warns you about.

The growth is quiet. It is slow. But when you look back after months of showing up for yourself you will not recognize who you were before.

That is what consistency does. It does not happen overnight but it absolutely happens.

Trust the process and stay on your mat. The version of you that you are working toward is worth it. dannakarina
