Have an implant and wonder Why Does the G***s Lean to One Side?

If one implant cylinder extends farther than the other, the g***s may lean or droop to one side. This can happen with cylinder crossover, asymmetric fibrosis, or differences in distal anatomy.

The key is identifying the cause because true cylinder crossover can often be corrected.

A great week with an even greater team. 💪

This week we completed 10 prosthetic surgery cases, including complex revision and replacement procedures, reconstruction with plaque incision and grafting, and multiple cases as part of the Rigicon Infla10® clinical trial.

But today is also bittersweet.

We’re saying goodbye to one of our incredible OR nurses, Mary Mary Rose Golipatan , as she begins a new chapter outside of Houston. Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and the care you’ve given to so many patients. You have been an invaluable part of our team, and you’ll be deeply missed.

Good teams perform surgery. Great teams become family. We’ll miss you, Mary. 🫶

Yesterday we had a blast leading a Prosthetics Course with and .us for urology residents from !

We talked about the different surgical approaches, preferences to optimize results, and trchniques to tackle surgical complications.

This week we completed 6 prosthetic cases 💪🏽 including virgin 🍆 implants, g***spexy, plaque Auxetic incisions with grafting for and removal/replacement surgeries.

We were also honored by having from join us in the OR. It is always an honor hosting other experts here in and an amazing opportunity to be able to share insights and surgical techniques with our colleagues.

I always leave the AUA meeting regretting I didnt take enough pictures. Even though it was a quick trip for me this year, catching up with friends made it all worth it.

From conferences to helping lead hands-on training courses…. The was all about education and networking.

We always aim to learn from each other… about science, urology, surgery, business, research and…. (Most importantly)… LIFE 🫶

Now back to changing lives 💪🏽
