2. Clean regularly: Soak at least once or twice a week in a partial denture cleaner, or brush it clean with mild soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove debris
3. Avoid High Temperatures: Don’t leave mouthguard in direct sunlight or hot water; it can warp and lose shape.
4. Store Safely: Store mouthguard in a perforated container to allow air circulation and prevent bacterial growth.
5. Inspect Regularly: Check for signs of wear and tear. If it becomes damaged or doesn’t fit properly, replace it.
