“Why didn’t they feel that?!” 👀🦶🏽

This is what diabetic neuropathy can do.
When diabetes damages the nerves in your feet, you may not feel pain, cuts, glass, nails, or injuries the way other people do. That small wound can quickly turn into an infection, ulcer, or even lead to limb loss if ignored.

And yes… even walking around in thin shoes or Crocs without checking your feet daily can become dangerous.

3 quick tips if you have diabetes:
• Check your feet EVERY day
• Never ignore cuts, swelling, or redness
• Wear protective supportive shoes whenever possible

If you have numbness, burning, tingling, or “walking on pillows” feelings in your feet, please get checked early. Early treatment matters. 🩺

“Do Your Toes Look Like They’re Starting To Cross Over Or Bend? 👀👣”

A lot of people think crooked toes are “just cosmetic”… until they start rubbing, hurting in shoes, forming corns, or becoming harder to straighten over time.

In this before-and-after, you can see the improvement in toe alignment after correcting the crooked toe deformity. Straightening the toes can help reduce pain, pressure, rubbing, and discomfort while also improving balance and shoe comfort.

Common signs of crooked or overlapping toes:
✔️ Toes crossing over each other
✔️ Pain when wearing shoes
✔️ Corns or calluses between toes
✔️ Toes drifting sideways
✔️ Difficulty finding comfortable shoes
✔️ Toe pain that keeps getting worse

The earlier these problems are treated, the easier they are often to manage. Waiting too long can sometimes make the deformity more advanced and painful.

Healthy feet matter more than people think 👣

“Why Are My Toenails Getting THICKER? 👀👣”

Thick toenails are NOT always “just old age.”
A lot of people dealing with thick yellow toenails may actually have toenail fungus, nail trauma, pressure from shoes, or years of nail damage built up over time.

In this video, I’m safely trimming and reducing very thick dystrophic toenails to help relieve pressure, pain, and discomfort. Thick fungal toenails can become hard to cut, painful in shoes, and even cause embarrassment for many patients.

Common signs of thick fungal toenails:
✔️ Yellow or brown nails
✔️ Crumbly or brittle nails
✔️ Thick hard toenails
✔️ Pain when wearing shoes
✔️ Toenails lifting from the nail bed
✔️ Difficulty trimming nails at home

The good news? Thick toenails can often be treated and managed with proper foot care, fungal treatment, routine nail debridement, and seeing a foot specialist early.

If your toenails are becoming thick, discolored, or painful, don’t ignore them. Your feet are trying to tell you something.

Toenail fungus hiding under fake toenails? 👀 Let’s talk about it.

If your toenail is yellow, thick, crumbly, lifting, or has a bad smell, it may not just be “old polish” or “damage from acrylic.” It could be toenail fungus, also called onychomycosis. Nail fungus can make the nail change color, get thicker, break easily, or separate from the nail bed.

Fake toenails, acrylic toenails, and press-on toenails may look pretty, but they can sometimes hide the real problem. If moisture gets trapped under the nail, fungus can grow. And if the nail is already infected, covering it up may make it harder to see if it is getting worse.

So what are your options?

Toenail laser treatment may be a good option for people who want a treatment that does not involve taking pills. The laser targets the nail area, and there is usually little to no downtime. It is also helpful for people who may not be good candidates for oral medication. The downside? You may need more than one treatment, it may not be covered by insurance, and the nail still has to grow out slowly before you see the full improvement.

Oral antifungal medication can also work well because it treats the fungus from inside the body. One common medication, terbinafine, is often taken daily for about 12 weeks for toenail fungus. The downside? It may not be safe for everyone, and your doctor may need to check your liver before and during treatment because liver problems, although rare, can happen.

The truth is, toenail fungus treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Some people need laser. Some need pills. Some need topical medication. Some need a combination plan.

The best first step is to get the nail checked before covering it with fake toenails again.

“Do your toes rub, curl, overlap, or hurt every time you wear shoes?” 👀
A lot of people think painful toes, corns, bunions, and pressure spots are “normal with age”… but they’re often signs that your toes may not be functioning the way they should.

In this video, I’m breaking down toe shortening surgery in simple terms — including:
✔️ Why some toes become painful or crowded
✔️ What causes corns on top or between the toes
✔️ How bunions can push the toes out of place
✔️ The benefits of toe shortening procedures
✔️ Recovery tips and healing pearls
✔️ How we help reduce rubbing, pressure, and pain in shoes
✔️ What patients should know before surgery

If you’ve been searching for:
“painful toe treatment,” “toe shortening surgery,” “how to fix hammertoes,” “corn removal,” “bunion pain relief,” or “toes rubbing in shoes,” this video will help you understand your options better.

Many patients wait YEARS before getting help because they think the pain is cosmetic or “not serious enough.” But painful toes can affect your walking, balance, workouts, confidence, and everyday comfort.

✨ The goal is not just shorter toes — it’s healthier, more comfortable feet that fit better in shoes and hurt less.

👇 Have you ever dealt with:
• corns between the toes
• overlapping toes
• painful bunions
• toes rubbing in shoes
• hammertoes
• pressure pain in heels or balls of the feet

“Diabetes wounds can start THIS small… and still become dangerous.”

A lot of people with diabetes do not feel pain in their feet the same way other people do. That means you can step on something, develop a wound, or even have an infection and not realize how serious it is.

This patient had a wound on the heel and kept walking on it because it “didn’t hurt that bad.”

But diabetic foot ulcers are NOT normal.

When you continue walking on a diabetic foot wound, the skin keeps breaking down more and more. This can lead to:
• Infection
• Bone infection
• Hospital stays
• Amputation

This is why diabetic foot care is so important.

If you have:
✔️ A foot wound that is not healing
✔️ Cracked skin on your heel
✔️ Drainage from your foot
✔️ Redness or swelling
✔️ Diabetes and numbness in your feet

Please do not ignore it.

The earlier diabetic wounds are treated, the better the chance of healing safely.

Protect your feet. Your feet carry you every single day.
