Fun fact: World Menstrual Hygiene Day began in 2014, and May 28th was intentionally selected because the average menstrual cycle is around 28 days and the average period lasts approximately 5 days.

I actually think that’s such a clever and meaningful detail. 🩷

Today is a reminder that menstrual health conversations matter. So many women and girls still grow up embarrassed to ask questions about their bodies or without proper education and resources.

That silence affects confidence, health, education, finances, and overall well-being more than people realize.

This is one of the reasons I’m so passionate about the work I do through That Time of the Month Club — helping create safe, honest, educational conversations around menstrual and vaginal health.

Let’s keep breaking the stigma together.
