Adult Transition Medicine is pleased to welcome Dr. Cynthia Peacock back to our team!

Dr. Peacock has long been a champion for improving health care and supporting adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they transition into adult-centered care.

We are excited to have her expertise, compassion and commitment to patient-centered care back in Transition Medicine and look forward to the continued impact of her work for our patients, families and community.

Are you a parent of a child (10+) with intellectual or developmental disabilities? We invite you to participate in our research study aimed at helping families plan for the future care of their loved ones.

📋 Participants will randomly get assigned to one of two websites to assist in future planning.
💵 Compensation: Up to $175 for your valuable time and insights after you complete surveys.
🗓️ Eligibility: Parents 18+, Internet Access, English or Spanish speakers.
