During our latest Chef’s Demo, Chef Tony showed members how to prepare a delicious peach summer salad featuring seasonal flavors and a homemade tomato vinaigrette. It was a wonderful opportunity to watch, learn and, of course, enjoy the finished creation!

There’s a new set of wheels at The Village of Tanglewood! Our residents gathered outside for a special ribbon cutting and first look at our brand-new shuttle bus.

More than just a new ride, our shuttle helps keep residents connected to everything Houston has to offer—from dining and shopping to cultural destinations, outings and adventures with friends.

We’re looking forward to the many places this new bus will take us and all the memories we’ll make along the way!

Whodunit? 🔎 The answer wasn't easy to find during our recent **Murder Mystery Dinner** at The Village of Tanglewood!

Residents enjoyed an unforgettable evening of suspense, laughter and delicious dining as **The Murder Mystery Company** transformed our dining room into the scene of a captivating mystery. Six of our residents stepped into the spotlight as featured characters, while everyone else became detectives—searching for clues, questioning suspects and trying to solve the case before the big reveal. Interactive murder mystery events invite guests to become part of the story, making every experience unique and engaging.

Our talented dining team made the evening even more memorable with a special chef-prepared dinner, complete with champagne and Bloody Marys, creating the perfect setting for an extraordinary night of fun and fellowship.

Our residents recently enjoyed a wonderful day exploring the rich history and small-town charm of Columbus, Texas! From a guided tour of the historic courthouse, opera house and iconic water tower to the unique opportunity to sit in the judge's bench and jurors' seats inside a preserved courtroom, the day offered fascinating insights into Texas history.

The adventure continued with browsing local boutiques, discovering hidden treasures throughout downtown and sharing a delicious lunch together.. Experiences like these provide opportunities to learn, connect and create lasting memories while enjoying the best our region has to offer.
