Nothing better than a vacation to Lake Como to show off the new flat tummy!

This beautiful patient came to me to address loose skin and muscle separation that was causing bulging in her abdomen.

Although on the photos it may not appear that she had a lot of loose skin, check out the second to last slide to see how much loose skin was removed! 🤯

Removing the loose skin also removed a lot of her stretch marks which was a great benefit.

She is 3 months postop here.

CHISELED TUMMY TUCK

This is my personal technique and my unique version of a “tummy tuck” to create a toned look to the abdomen along with natural curves to the body. 🤌🏼

My technique involves both a tummy tuck and lipo to sculpt the abdomen. I focus on:
1. Creating natural ab definition
2. Creating an hourglass figure
3. Creating a natural belly button
4. Concealing all scars as best as possible

I also performed back lipo for her to sn**ch her waistline even further which also accentuated her 🍑 by removing the stubborn lower back fat. It even looks like she has a BBL now even though that’s her natural 🍑 and no fat was transferred there!

🍑 SKINNY BBL 🍑

Since this patient was on the skinnier side starting off, i also had to lipo her arms and inner thighs (along with the lipo360) to harvest more fat. 💪🏼

J-plasma skin tightening was also used to tighten the loose skin in her abdominal region! 🪄

For patients that don’t have enough fat, I may also ask them to gain a small amount of weight so we can have enough fat.

Loving this patient’s healed results! 😍

🍑 NATURAL BBL 🍑

A lovely complete transformation to reshape her entire body and augment her 🍑!

The patient wanted more projection and a bigger size that still matched her body.

She’s loving her results so far and so do we! 😍

She is 3 weeks postop here. At this point, much of the fat that gets absorbed by the body has already absorbed, however there is still potential for further absorption generally up until the 6 week mark. I will keep you updated with her final results. The best thing to do to retain as much of the fat as possible is proper nutrition and avoiding sitting/pressure for the full 6 weeks.

LIPO & AB DEFINITION

~5 weeks postop here and looking TONED! 😍

This definition of her abdomen was achieved with advanced liposuction techniques known as “high-definition liposuction” or “ab etching” to create natural ab definition.

This was combined with a lipo360 and a BBL for her. Can’t wait to show you her final results once healed!

(p.s. redness on her abdomen is from the compression garment and will go away on its own once compression is discontinued)

HEALED SCAR

1 year post-op, the scar healing beautifully 😍

I get many requests asking if I can show what my scars look like. This is a zoomed-in view showing a great result.

A scar takes 1-1.5 years post-op to reach its final appearance, so patience and diligent scar care is needed to produce the best results.

The truth is though, while most of my patients heal this way, not EVERY patient heals this way.

3 things lead to great healing of a scar:
1. Surgeon technique and closing the skin in multiple layers
2. Following post-op scar care protocol
3. Genetics (Some people’s scar genetically tends to thicken or darken more than others)

MOMMY MAKEOVER

A mommy makeover consists of a combination of a tummy and breast procedure usually.

In this case a Tummy Tuck (with lipo) + Breast Augmentation (using implants)

She is 6 weeks post-op and looking lovely!
�I went with 450cc implants to restore lost volume after pregnancy. This also enhanced her upper breast fullness and enhanced her cleavage. I was able to avoid a breast lift for her which was a definite bonus!

She also wanted improvement to the appearance of her abdomen- specifically the loose skin and the bulging of her abdomen from the muscle separation. Love her natural tummy tuck appearance!

LIPO360/BBL 😍

Patient is ~ 8 weeks postop here. At this point, the fat transferred should remain stable long-term as long as she maintains her weight. The fat behaves like fat anywhere in your body, so losing weight can lead to more fat loss.
