My name is Rosa, and I am the mother and primary caregiver of my son, Flavio. I would like to express my gratitude and share my experience with the Agape agency, which has been providing us with support for several years—since approximately 2018.

From the very beginning, they have shown great flexibility regarding my work schedule, but above all, they have ensured that Flavio receives the care and attention he needs.

Communication with the agency has been excellent, especially with Emily. Whenever I have a concern or a need, I can reach out to her. If she is not available at that moment, I leave a message, and she returns my call as soon as possible. The same applies to Claudia; both of them are always attentive to ensuring Flavio never goes without the necessary care.

Something I truly value about Agape is that they care not only about Flavio’s well-being but also about me as his caregiver. During difficult situations—such as severe weather or emergencies—they have always called us in advance to ensure we are prepared and to ask if we need supplies or any additional assistance.

I am very grateful to the person who recommended this agency to me. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them as well. They are excellent professionals who, over time, become an extension of your family.

✨ Story Time with Agape: Going the Extra Mile ✨

At Agape Care, providing care isn't just about filling a schedule—it's about making sure our clients receive the support they need when they need it most.

Recently, a client found themselves in a difficult situation. Their regular caregiver was unavailable, and the backup caregiver was unable to make it as well. The client specifically needed assistance with personal care that day, a service that couldn't simply be postponed.

Instead of accepting that there was no coverage available, our team got to work. Call after call was made, reaching out to caregivers in search of someone who could help. Despite multiple unavailable providers, the search continued because ensuring our client's well-being was too important to give up on.

Then, a dedicated caregiver stepped up.

Even while in the middle of personal errands, she understood the urgency of the situation and agreed to visit the client as soon as she could.

Because of the determination of our team and the compassion of a caregiver willing to go the extra mile, the client received the care they needed and deserved.

This is what Agape Care is all about: persistence, teamwork, and a commitment to never leaving our clients without support. 💙
