Just had your rhinoplasty? Here is how to properly tape your nose after your 1 week post op appointment ๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿผโœจ

Taping plays a big role in controlling swelling and supporting your results. During the first month, you will tape full time. In the second month, it may shift to nighttime only depending on your healing.

Start by cutting small strips and placing the first piece at the supratip. From there, work your way up the bridge, overlapping each strip about one third to create even compression. If you have infratip swelling or want to maintain a slightly elevated tip, a trapezoid shaped piece can be added for extra support.
