Falls are one of the most common — and most preventable — risks we watch for, whether it's a senior managing balance changes or a child with mobility, medical equipment, or developmental challenges.

A few simple steps that help both ends of the age spectrum:

✅ Clear walkways of rugs, cords, and clutter
✅ Add grab bars in bathrooms and non-slip mats in showers and tubs
✅ Keep frequently used items within easy reach
✅ Watch for tubing, cords, or equipment that could become a trip hazard
✅ Schedule regular vision, medication, and mobility reviews — for kids and adults alike
