Last case of 2020! Anyone who does enough endo can tell you the challenge such teeth pose. Looking at the pre-op X-ray notice the “fast break” (Slowey, 1979) where the main canal has a deep apical split into separate buccal and lingual canals. Root canal treatment completed and a fibre post and core used to close the access.

This patient came to see me via a referral from a dentist from out of town who is an IG follower!
