“Bad kids” don’t exist!!!!

But traumatized ones facing the weight of inequity do.

You’ll see trauma through behaviors, but don’t let your mouth put a label on them that GOD NEVER SAID!!!

This week, I was reminded of a prophetic Word I was given a couple of years ago. The Prophet said that God was bringing me kids, and that He trusted me to help them be restored. This year, another Apostle gave me a Word that God was about to bring a unique type of children to me to help them, and that He had given me a sensitivity to them.

Over the past several years, I have experienced MUCH warfare in multiple spaces, outside of my own clinic, that involve children and adolescents.

I say this with humility- The kids ALWAYS love me! But, often, adults in these spaces generally find some sort of reason to campaign against my presence. 🤔

Fast forward to recently- A young boy came to our healing space. He was so handsome and when I saw him for the first time, my heart just smiled 🥰 he was so respectful, but he was also diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

He told me how most of his teachers yell at him and he doesn’t understand why they aren’t more patient with kids like him.

I sat and simply allowed him to express himself.

Then the Holy Spirit had me ask, “do you ever have dreams at night?”

He smiled: “Yes! I had one where God came to talk to me! It was Him! It was God!”

He proceeded to tell me the details of this encounter and it was such a sweet and precious moment. I felt the presence and sweet aroma of The Lord.

Again, there are NO BAD KIDS.

There are kids who demonstrate contradictory behaviors.

There are hurt kids.

Unheard kids.

Dysregulated kids.

Overstimulated kids.

And the list goes on.

Ultimately, there are kids who are set apart, unique, highly gifted and expressive. And kids who carry the weight of the unhealed trauma in the generations that came before them.

I’m so grateful I get to work with both kids and their parents! We are partnering with God to heal GENERATIONAL trauma at Wholeness Mental Health and it’s beautiful!!!

And you need commmunity!

I’m both a physician and an intercessor, and as I’ve been praying about a few things going on right now, I’ve been sensing The Lord inviting
✨“Medical Watchmen” ✨ to ARISE.

Several years ago after seeing and experiencing so much, The Lord invited me to the watchtower as well. He did it privately initially, but then sent me a public prophetic Word confirming it all.

The thing was, though….

I was tired!

BURNED allllll the way OUT!

Because the process of medical education + training is a lot and can absolutely drain you! 😩

Most physicians undergo at least 12 years of education and training, including undergraduate.

12 years!

It’s a BATTLE to endure til the end!

And many endure til the end, but their passion dissolves quickly throughout the process.

God called me and positioned me as a watchman in medicine, but one of the first things He had to do was restore me from burn out.

I couldn’t watch anything when my eyes were weary.
I couldn’t stand anywhere when my body was still injured from all the attacks throughout training.
I didn’t realize just how many wounds there were, because I was focused on finishing! And getting to the next! I was just trying to finally make it!

It’s not uncommon for warriors to not recognize battle wounds until the battle is over.

I had listened to all the burnout lectures, and was practicing all the recommendations…but there was STILL something more that I needed.

God, Himself, had to strategically restore me. 💯
And since then, burnout has been history. ✌🏾

So now it’s time to gather and share with those who need it. This gathering is for medical staff with faith. The watchmen who want to arise, but need realignment and a refilling first. We will address burnout and the most common culprits. And your capacity will be opened to be refilled, so that you can step into this beautiful call.

If you’re a healthcare professional who is battling burnout, we need you! Your position at the watchtower is waiting on you!

But burnout is opposing you.

You can’t keep going through the motions without taking steps to respond to the problem. It’s time for your strength to be restored.
