Trusted Care Continues at Elevation

Hi Elevation Family,

We wanted to share an important update regarding Sandra’s schedule over the next few months.

As many of you know, Sandra has been a valued part of our team and has built some incredibly meaningful relationships with her clients over the years. Due to her husband’s job relocation, Sandra and her family will be moving out of Houston later this year. Before that transition, she will be taking a temporary leave of absence beginning June 1 through August, before returning briefly ahead of her official departure in October.

We know this update comes with very little notice, and we truly apologize for that. These changes developed quickly, and we wanted to communicate with everyone as soon as we had a clear plan in place.

Sandra will still be available this Friday and Sunday before her leave begins, and we would love to help fill her schedule for clients wanting one more session with her before she steps away for the summer.

While we know many clients specifically book with Sandra, we also want to reassure everyone that you are in exceptionally capable hands with the rest of our team. Elevation has intentionally built a staff of highly skilled therapists with specialties ranging from deep tissue and sports massage to TMJ work, lymphatic drainage, mobility-focused treatment, and restorative bodywork.

To help make the transition seamless, any of Sandra’s regular clients will receive 10% off their first service with another member of our massage team.

We know change can feel bittersweet, and Sandra will absolutely be missed while she’s away. At the same time, we’re incredibly grateful for the trust you place in all of us, and we’re committed to continuing the level of care, attention, and results you’ve come to expect at Elevation.

Our Commitment to Exceptional Care Continues

Dear Elevation Clients,

We wanted to share an important update with our community.

After four wonderful years with Elevation Massage & Spa, Dani will officially be transitioning out of her role as Lead Esthetician on June 19th. While we are incredibly sad to see her go, we are deeply grateful for the care, talent, and dedication she has brought to both our team and our clients over the years. She has played a meaningful role in Elevation’s growth, and we are so thankful for everything she has contributed during her time with us.

As many of you know, Dani is expecting, and this transition comes as she steps away from the workforce to focus on her growing family and embrace this next season of motherhood. Unfortunately, this is not a "maternity leave" but a permanent departure from the workforce. We are incredibly excited for her, and know many of our clients who have built relationships with her over the years will want to join us in wishing her the very best in this new chapter.

As we move through this transition, we want to reassure all of our facial clients and members that you are in excellent hands.

Over the past several months, we have been thoughtfully preparing for continued growth within our esthetics department, including onboarding and training exceptional new talent, refining our treatment offerings, and expanding advanced services to enhance your client experience. Not a replacement. An upgrade in care

We know how personal that relationship is, and how important consistency in your care can be.

Truly, her work is a combination of both… and that makes me so excited for you!

A Small Schedule Shift, From My Heart to Yours

Hi friends,

This email is a little more personal than usual.

After 16 years in this industry, (hard to believe) and nearly two decades of long days, full books, and working most weekends…I’ve made the decision to shift my schedule and give myself more time to rest and recharge.

Moving forward, I’ll be scaling back my weekend availability.
I will still open a limited number of weekend days each month (likely two), but the majority of my schedule will now be focused on weekdays.

If you’re currently pre-booked with me on a weekend, don’t worry at all, your appointments are fully honored and nothing will change there.

For those of you who rely on weekends, especially my busy moms and clients with packed weekday schedules, I’ve got you. You’re always welcome to reach out directly by text or email, and I’ll make sure you have priority access to those limited weekend openings each month.

This wasn’t an easy decision. This work is deeply meaningful to me, and being there for you has always been something I take seriously. But in order to continue showing up fully, present, and doing the level of work you expect from me… I need to create a little more space to take care of myself too. And if I’m being honest, I’d like to have a weekend every now and then just like everyone else. :)

I truly appreciate your support, your understanding, and the trust you’ve placed in me over the years. It means more than you know.

We have an incredible team here, and if you ever need additional availability, I will always make sure you’re taken care of.
