Our residents enjoyed ball tossing, word searches, and adult coloring—activities that encourage movement, focus, creativity, and social connection.

From keeping our bodies active to keeping our minds engaged, every activity is an opportunity to support overall wellness, independence, and quality of life.

Coffee’s poured, cookies are out, and the fellas have a table of their own!

Our Wild Wild West men’s group at Woodwind Lakes got together for coffee, cookies, and some time with the guys. No big agenda needed—just pull up a chair and settle in.

Having a regular place to gather gives our gentlemen something to look forward to and a chance to get to know their neighbors a little better. Because a good cup of coffee is even better when you’ve got someone to share it with.

We started the day with movement, smiles, and a little teamwork! Our residents enjoyed parachuting, a fun way to support range of motion, coordination, flexibility, and functional mobility.

Through our clinical services, purposeful movement is part of helping residents stay active, engaged, and as independent as possible. And when it comes with laughter and time together, even better!

Whether it’s getting cozy in a favorite sweater, enjoying a warm drink, or taking a quiet moment to rest, self-care deserves a place in every season. Our Woodwind Lakes residents enjoyed some extra pampering with hand massages—a chance to slow down and let someone take care of the little things.
