Whether the obstacle is cost, transportation, trauma, or access to specialized services, our mission is making mental and relational healthcare available to everyone in Texas and our team is doing a great job fulfilling it!

Galveston County has seen an increase in mental health providers, including psychologists, counselors and therapists, but access to care remains complex.

We're looking for just five people to become monthly supporters of Innovative Alternatives.

For $20 per month, about the cost of a few coffee shop visits, upgrading a couple of food delivery orders, or one streaming subscription, you can help provide around one hour of advocacy services for a victim of crime each month.

As a thank-you, the first five people who sign up as monthly donors will receive one of our new Innovative Alternatives T-shirts. (Not for sale and basically under wraps)

June 6, 1944 - D-Day

Today, we honor the courage, sacrifice, and determination of the Allied forces who stormed the beaches of Normandy 82 years ago. Their actions changed the course of history and secured the freedoms we continue to defend today.

With a Marine Corps Veteran as our CEO and Marine Veteran as our Victim Advocate, we will always remember those who answered the call in one of history's most consequential operations and reflect on the legacy of service they left behind.
