You shouldn’t have to mask, explain, or shrink yourself just to be understood.

If you’re neurodivergent, you might be tired of being told you’re “too much” or “not enough” when the truth is, the world just wasn’t built with your brain in mind. You might be exhausted from explaining your identity before you can even get to what brought you in.

Here, you don’t have to do either.

Therapy should be a place where you’re met as your whole self no translating, no proving, no performing. A space where your identity isn’t a topic to “work through,” but a part of you that’s seen, respected, and celebrated.

You deserve a therapist who gets it, and a room where you can finally exhale.

Sometimes healing means realizing…it’s not always them sometimes, it’s me. And it’s okay for me to change. 👀

💬 Taking accountability is not about blaming yourself. It’s about listening to yourself.

💬 It’s slowing down enough to notice what your emotions are trying to tell you.

💬 It’s honoring the boundaries you’ve been afraid to set, and paying attention to the patterns that are quietly asking for change.
