If you know me, you know I'm always on an educational journey. Learning has always been one of my greatest passions.

I'm officially six classes away from earning my Bachelor of Science in Health & Wellness, building on the AAS in Integrative Health Professions I earned a couple of years ago at . 🎓

has been a wonderful place to build on that foundation, expand my knowledge, and continue growing both personally and professionally.

Every class brings me one step closer to serving others on an even greater level.

Never stop learning—education is your superpower. 💙📚✨

Why do I wear scrubs?

Because healing is healthcare.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner (RMA, LMT, CMLDT, and Reiki Master), I provide massage therapy, medical massage, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, Reiki, and integrative wellness services with one goal: helping you heal, restore function, and improve your overall well-being.

I wear scrubs because I believe every modality I offer deserves the same professionalism, respect, and clinical approach as any other healthcare service—not just a spa treatment.

My commitment is to provide compassionate, evidence-informed, client-centered care where your health, comfort, and wellness always come first.

Because how we approach healing matters. 💚

Tissue & Lymph Center is preparing to bring holistic wellness, bodywork, and lymphatic care to Houston in 2026.

We’re still in the early stages, so there’s no official opening date or location just yet — but beautiful things are in motion behind the scenes.

Thank you for being part of the journey already.

Stay tuned for updates as we build something special.

Re-certified for two more years. Here's to hoping nothing crazy happens this week, because someone always falls out in front of me after every renewal 😬 No joke...but at least I'm prepared for any emergency.
