We are incredibly grateful to Belmont Village and their residents for the warm welcome, meaningful conversations, and a truly fun evening.

We loved being part of this week’s Father’s Day celebration at The Auberge at Sugar Land as part of ! 💙

Our Highland Hospice team had a blast spending the afternoon making root beer floats, connecting with residents, and honoring the incredible dads in the community.

It’s especially meaningful to see our leadership out in the community rolling up sleeves to serve, build relationships, and even take time to support patient evaluations. These moments truly reflect what compassionate care looks like in action.
Grateful for the opportunity to serve and celebrate together!

Catch our sales and leadership team out again this week as a continued part of our Summer of Care initiative! ☀️ This week we brought the beach to the residents!

You’ll find us in the communities doing sensory care activities with residents and having a wonderful time with kinetic sand and molds. The team had such fun watching the residents’ brains light up as they created colorful stars and spirals.

These moments are what it’s all about- connection, joy, and showing up for our community.

Summer Bingo & Hydration Fun was a HUGE success at Brazos Senior Villas ILF in Rosenberg! 💧🎉

We had a wonderful time spreading joy and important health tips with our seniors! From spinning the bingo cage to sharing fun and practical Summer Hydration Tips for Seniors, everyone left smiling, hydrated, and a little more prepared for these hot Texas days.

A big thank you to the amazing residents and staff at Brazos Senior Villas for making it such a lively and meaningful afternoon!

As part of our initiative, our Administrator and Director of Nursing recently partnered with one of our liaisons for joint field visits and the impact continues to be clear.

These visits are just part of what we do. Staying connected, holding ourselves accountable, and showing up with experience is what allows us to deliver great care every single time.

We’re excited to keep these visits going all summer long! ☀️
