Signa EMS is looking for 2 experienced remote dispatchers to join our team.
We are looking for someone who:
* 🇺🇸 Has experience working with U.S. customers or healthcare facilities
* 📞 Has clear, professional English and excellent phone communication
* 🚑 Experience with medical transportation, NEMT, ambulance, or healthcare dispatching is a big plus
* 💻 Is comfortable using computers and multiple systems
* 📝 Can accurately take patient/trip information
* ⏰ Is reliable and able to work U.S. hours
* 🧠 Can stay calm and professional when handling urgent requests
* 🗣️ Has a clear and easy-to-understand speaking voice
Main responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls
• Take and document transportation requests
• Communicate with facilities, patients, and drivers
• Handle trip changes, cancellations, and scheduling
• Escalate urgent situations to the appropriate person
• Maintain accurate information and professional communication
