Meet Chandra Hendrix, FNP-C

A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Chandra was a member of the UT Honors Program and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is also a proud United States Army Veteran who served two active-duty combat tours in Iraq.

Chandra brings years of experience caring for patients as both a Cardiac Post-Interventional Registered Nurse and a Structural Heart & Cardiac Valve Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about helping patients improve their heart health through prevention, education, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Her dedication to compassionate, personalized care makes a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves, and we're grateful to have her as part of our team.

Dr. Brooks is a vascular surgeon specializing in the comprehensive treatment of arterial and venous disease. His clinical expertise includes peripheral artery disease, limb preservation, carotid and aortic conditions, dialysis access, and venous disease.

With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for providing individualized, patient-centered care, Dr. Brooks uses both advanced minimally invasive techniques and traditional open vascular surgery to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Meet Courtney Martinez, AG-ANCP-BC

Courtney grew up in the Katy area and is one of the rare native Texans. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from UTMB in Galveston and graduated in 2005. In 2013, she completed her Master’s in Nursing at Texas Woman’s University, focusing on the acute care Nurse Practitioner role.

When she isn't caring for her patients, Courtney enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cooking.
