SUN Behavioral Houston is excited to offer additional outpatient treatment options designed to meet individuals where they are in their recovery journey.

Beginning July 27, 2026, we will offer:

🔹 Adult Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Convenient virtual sessions from home

🔹 Adult Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
• Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• In-person sessions
• 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

In addition, our Adolescent PHP & IOP Programs are currently accepting referrals and admissions throughout the summer.

Our programs provide structured support for individuals experiencing:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Mood disorders
• Emotional distress
• Behavioral health challenges

Our Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Summer Program is now underway!

Summer can be a time for growth, connection, and building healthy coping skills. SUN Behavioral Houston’s Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Summer Program is designed to help teens ages 13–17 strengthen emotional wellness, develop social-emotional skills, and learn strategies to manage stress and anxiety in a supportive environment.

Program highlights include:
• Mindfulness & Relaxation
• Social-Emotional Skill Development
• Coping Strategies for Stress & Anxiety
• Digital Detox & Reconnection
