The mental load of motherhood has increased during the pandemic and decision fatigue is real and so overwhelming. I am exhausted from making decisions.

During this Coronavirus crisis, ELM is considered an essential life sustaining business; we are here for our clients and for anyone who is looking for answers to an unplanned pregnancy or to parenting issues.

We may not be here physically at the center, but we text, we know how to private message, we can email. We even know how to Facetime. So there are ways we can get information to you and keep you moving forward in this part of life.

We get it. Things are crazy and different, but it's an opportunity to grow, learn, and practice all the things that are good- Love (unselfish concern for others), Joy, Peace (inner peace), Patience (not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting), Kindness (active love towards others), Goodness, Faithfulness (keeping your word in good and bad times), Gentleness, and Self-Control (controlling what we say, do, act, and for us emotional eaters- even our eating).

We might have to add another form for you to fill out or make necessary arrangements, but hey, don't let that stop you. We ARE available to talk to you.

As of today, the Houtzdale center is physically closed. If you had an appointment, we have contacted you and rescheduled or made other arrangements.
