Our Grafton residents are celebrating last night’s big Brewers win with some delicious “Miller Park Munchies!” 🥨🍿 Nothing like good snacks and a little Brewers spirit to keep the excitement going! 🎉 They also played a game of "Pitch & Sip" (you can find those videos in the comments!) We love finding fun ways to cheer on our favorite team together! Let’s go, Brewers! ⚾💙💛

🎃👻 A SWEET NIGHT OF SPOOKTACULAR MEMORIES! 🍬🧡

What a treat it was welcoming our Grafton trick-or-treaters to Harvest Home for our annual Trick-or-Treat Social! 🍭Our residents absolutely LOVED seeing all the adorable costumes, sharing smiles, and handing out candy to all the little ghosts, goblins, princesses, superheroes, and more! 🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️👸

These special moments bring so much joy to our residents and remind us how wonderful it is to connect generations right here in our community. ❤️ Thank you to all the families who stopped by and made our Halloween extra sweet! 🍬🎃

🎃🍬 Trick or Treat at Howards Grove! 👻

Our Howards Grove residents had a wonderful time passing out candy to all the little trick-or-treaters! Seeing the children dressed in their costumes brought so many smiles, laughter, and Halloween spirit to our campus. 🧡

A big thank you to all the families who came out to celebrate with us and make this event so special for our residents! We loved sharing these sweet Halloween memories with everyone. 🕸️🎃

🍂💙💛 What a wonderful fall day at Harvest Home! Our Grafton residents enjoyed delicious pumpkin pie ice cream, painted pumpkins in Milwaukee Brewers colors to show their team spirit, and soaked up the beautiful October weather with some relaxing patio time alongside our friend Michael and haircuts from our wonderful salonist, Nikie! 🎃🍦⚾ Nothing beats sweet treats, team pride, fresh air, and great company! 💙💛

🍂🎃 Fall fun is in full swing at Harvest Home! Our Grafton residents enjoyed a beautiful outing to Lime Kiln Park and Covered Bridge Park to take in the gorgeous autumn colors, followed by a day filled with seasonal fun! We baked delicious pumpkin bread, got creative with fall art, and wrapped things up with our favorite game of BINGO! 🍁🍞🎨

There’s nothing better than enjoying the beauty of the season, making memories, and spending time together! ❤️

The love and care you provide do not go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond, creating meaningful moments, and making Howards Grove feel like home. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful team caring for our residents!

A special thank-you to Lindsay from Heartland Hospice for generously providing the iced coffee items for our coffee bar! 🧋 Your thoughtfulness helped us show our appreciation for the incredible caregivers who do so much for our residents.

Residents at our Howards Grove campus got crafty creating adorable sock pumpkins! 🧡 This simple craft turned into something truly beautiful, and we love seeing our residents’ creativity shine!

A special thank-you to Allay Hospice for generously donating the fuzzy socks, buttons, and stuffing to make this fun activity possible. We appreciate your kindness and continued support in helping us create meaningful moments for our residents! 🧡🎃
