Buddha taught that words carry energy.

A harsh word can wound a heart for years…
but one moment of kindness can help a person heal, grow, and remember their worth again.

Just like plants respond to light, water, and gentle care…
human beings bloom in compassion, patience, understanding, and love.

The way we speak becomes the world we help create.

So before speaking,
pause and ask:

“Will these words bring peace…
or more suffering?”

Because kindness is not weakness.
It is awakened consciousness in action. 🪷
