Cortney loves being a caregiver because she enjoys helping the clients we serve maintain their independence—and she understands that independence can look different for every individual. 💙 When Cortney isn’t working, you can find her gaming or enjoying a good game of Dungeons & Dragons! 🎮🐉

It's hard to believe Clementine has only been part of the Work Skills team since May 2026. In just a short time, she has become an invaluable member of the Genoa House Group Home team. Her compassion, thoughtfulness, and genuine commitment to providing quality, person-centered care have made a meaningful impact on both her coworkers and the individuals we support.

Outside of work, Clementine enjoys crafting, thrifting, and listening to music. This year, she's looking forward to stepping outside her comfort zone by trying new things and traveling more.

We're so glad you chose Work Skills as your workplace, Clementine. Thank you for everything you do—we're lucky to have you on our team!
