Staff Spotlight: Meet Blaine Esquivel! 🌟

Please join us in welcoming and recognizing one of our newer team members, Blaine Esquivel, who joined Work Skills Corporation in August! Blaine works full-time afternoons in our Home Care Department, helping clients in their apartments maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.

When asked what inspired him to become a caregiver, Blaine shared that he believes there aren’t enough people in the world who truly care about making a difference and helping others. He chose caregiving as a way to be part of that difference—and we’re so glad he did! When he’s not at work, you can find Blaine golfing, working out, or firing up the grill for some BBQ!

Thank you for being part of the WSC team, Blaine! We’re happy to have you on board. It’s caring, dedicated people like you who make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve every day!

✨💡Caregiver Spotlight 💡✨This is a long-overdue honor for someone very special at Work Skills Corporation. Please join us in recognizing caregiver Deborah Brady! Because Deborah works one-on-one as a primary staff member, she doesn’t often have the opportunity to connect with or receive recognition alongside the other caregivers in our Home Care Department. However, her dedication and continued care for our client are truly irreplaceable. Deborah has provided compassionate care for the same client since joining our team in December 2018. She is one of the most dependable and reliable people we know, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she does.

When Deborah isn’t working, she spends much of her time with her pride and joy—her grandchildren! Whether she’s attending their sporting events, dances, or other special activities, family is clearly at the heart of everything she does. Thank you, Deborah, for being such an important part of the Work Skills Corporation team!

Cortney loves being a caregiver because she enjoys helping the clients we serve maintain their independence—and she understands that independence can look different for every individual. 💙 When Cortney isn’t working, you can find her gaming or enjoying a good game of Dungeons & Dragons! 🎮🐉
