- Annual physical exam
- Growth and development assessment
- Review of medical history and medications
- Opportunity to discuss any concerns with your child's healthcare provider

Update Vaccinations
- Ensure your child is up to date on all required school immunizations
- Ask about recommended vaccines, including flu and other age-appropriate immunizations

Get a Sports Physical
- Required for all Jr. High/High School sports and Cougar Football participants
- Best completed before practices and tryouts begin
