I am opening up my schedule to accept five 1on1 yoga students for the summer! I have 2 spaces left!
These individual sessions will be specifically tailored to the wants and needs of each student. Whether you want to gain more balance in life, focus on a meditative practice, or move your body in empowering and supportive ways, these sessions can be the first step in building healthy life habits!
