FAQ: What’s an MFR session like – part X: what about "deep tissue"? MFR is generally a very gentle bodywork method. It can be considered a deep tissue technique because it works with the many layers of the body that are all connected. Compression and traction over time are used instead of digging and pounding forcefully into the tissues.

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments without a fee. The missed appointment/late cancellation fee is $50. Effective October 1, 2026 the fee is 100% of the appointment price. If you have a pre-paid package the missed appointment will be counted as a redeemed session.
