One of the biggest misconceptions I see in mediumship is that mediums have no control over who they give a reading to in a group setting.
Iโm here to tell you that this simply isnโt true.
With the proper training, it is absolutely possible to work direct in a group setting, meaning you choose who you are connecting for rather than leaving it entirely up to whoever comes through in spirit.
In my experience, this often comes down to a lack of training in this particular skill, or simply being taught to work indirectly. And sometimes, developing this ability requires a willingness to push yourself beyond what youโre used to.
Of course, being able to choose who you connect for doesnโt mean you can guarantee a specific person in spirit will come through. Those are two very different things!
There are also mediums who prefer to work indirectly, and thatโs totally their choice. This isnโt about saying thereโs only one right way to work. Itโs about understanding whatโs possible and recognizing that thereโs far more to mediumship than weโre often led to believe.
There is so much misinformation out there about how mediumship works, and I think itโs important that we continue to question, learn, and expand our understanding of what weโre capable of.
What are your thoughts on this? Iโd love to hear your perspective in the comments! ๐
