Yoga for Growing Minds starts Monday, October 12, on Columbus Day! Join Valerie Kacian and Melissa Angel from 9–10 AM for a fun, supportive class designed especially for kids ages 6–14.

Through yoga poses, movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and games, kids will build confidence, improve focus, and learn simple tools for managing stress and big emotions, all while having fun and getting their bodies moving.

A new journey has officially begun. 🧘‍♀️✨

Our 2026–2027 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training kicked off last weekend, and we’re so excited to welcome this incredible group into the Synergy community.

Over the months ahead, they’ll deepen their practice, explore the foundations and philosophy of yoga, build confidence in teaching, and grow both on and off the mat. 💜

We can’t wait to watch this group learn, connect, evolve, and discover where this experience takes them.

Interested in joining us next year? Our 2027–2028 Yoga Teacher Training begins next September, with info sessions coming soon.
