The LH Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸✨ is BACK for year THREE + it’s one of our favorite ways to come together as a community!❤️‍🔥⁣

Join us at 8AM this Memorial Day for our annual Murph—a sweaty, meaningful, all-levels challenge that we take on side by side. Whether you go all in or modify along the way, this is about showing up + moving with purpose.⁣
⁣
The Murph honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all who have served. It’s a reminder of the strength, sacrifice + courage behind the day + a chance for us to move in gratitude.⁣
⁣
Here’s what we’re taking on together:⁣
✨ 1 mile walk or run⁣
✨ 100 lat pull downs⁣
✨ 200 push ups⁣
✨ 300 squats⁣
