Echoes teen music therapy group starts next week! There are a few spaces still available. Contact us to register!

Every teen deserves a space where they can be themselves.

Echoes is a 4-week music therapy group designed to help teens ages 14-17 build confidence, connect with peers, and explore healthy ways to express themselves through music. No musical experience is needed - participants can engage in ways that feel comfortable for them, whether that's playing instruments, songwriting, listening, discussing music, or other creative music experiences.

Throughout the group, participants will have opportunities to:
✨ Increase self-expression
✨ Build self-esteem and confidence
✨ Develop healthy coping strategies
✨ Explore and express emotions in a supportive environment
✨ Foster meaningful social connections with peers

CLTS funding is accepted.

We are proud to partner with the Mental Health Task Force of Polk County to increase access to youth mental health services in our community. CLTS funding is accepted, and participants who are not using CLTS funding may attend at no out-of-pocket cost through this community partnership.
