There’s something pretty special about watching the sober community show up for one another outside the walls of meetings and treatment. 💙

Today was filled with kickball, laughter, connection, teamwork, and pure fun and honestly… this is what recovery is all about.

Recovery is not just staying sober. It’s building a life worth showing up for. It’s finding your people, making memories, laughing until your stomach hurts, and realizing you don’t have to do life alone anymore.

So grateful to everyone who came out, played, cheered, connected, and brought such positive energy to the field. From competitive kicks to questionable athletic abilities 😅, the joy and fellowship were real.

Huge thank you to Josh for putting this together and creating space for the community to connect and have fun. Events like this matter more than people realize. They remind us that recovery can be full of life, friendship, and moments we actually look forward to.

Together we recover. Together we grow. Together we have a little fun while pretending we’re professional kickball athletes. ⚾🔥

Today we celebrate someone this community truly loves and adores… BIG JON! 💙

For the last decade, Jon has been living proof that recovery works. Not only through his sobriety, but through the love, laughter, and support he pours into those around him.

If you know Jon, you know he brings the fun, the jokes, the energy, and the kind of support that makes people feel seen and welcomed. His presence lights up a room and reminds us that recovery is not just about surviving… it is about living.

So we celebrated the only way that made sense… cookout, cake, decorations, hats, mustaches, and a little beautiful chaos 😂🎂🎩

Because celebrating milestones matters.
