🤝 We’re excited to announce our new partnership with FTK endurance!

FTK Endurnace is a faith-driven, endurance event coaching community built around one purpose: training and competing for the King. Through endurance events, they’re using sport as a platform to glorify God, build discipline, and push their community towards greater physical and spiritual strength.

As their rehab and performance partner, R4P is here to help fuel that mission. From injury prevention and recovery to training smarter and staying strong through every mile, will be working alongside FTK’s athletes to keep their bodies ready for the long haul. So they can stay focused on the training and competitions ahead, not sideline by pain or setbacks.

This partnership is about more than logos side-by-side. It’s about two communities showing up for each each other. We’re honored to help support FTK’s athletes as they train and we can’t wait to grow together!

Will is back to performing! After a partial tear in his knee, he has been working with Dr. Alyssa to feel more confident with running and cutting before his freshman year of lacrosse started. Now he is fully confident and leaving here ready for the fall!

Good luck this season Will!

Adelyn, a Hope College soccer player, is putting in the work after multi-structural knee surgery.

Right now, the focus isn’t flashy drills—it’s mastering deceleration and controlling load through every range of motion. Learning to eccentrically control force improves neuromuscular control, builds strength, and creates the foundation she’ll need for the next phases of rehab: jogging, jumping, cutting, and ultimately returning to the field with confidence.

The truth is, the toughest part of rehab is often the slow, repetitive work that no one sees.

But that’s exactly where long-term success is built.

Do the tough and boring things first, and the exciting parts of rehab become possible later. 🔥⚽️
