📅 A little scheduling update!

The last week of July is almost completely booked, and August is already starting to fill in.
If you've been thinking, "I really need to schedule a massage..." this is your friendly reminder not to wait until you're running on caffeine, ibuprofen, and pure determination. 😅
The best way to secure the day and time that works for you is to book online in advance. My online booking system lets you see availability up to 2 months out, so you don't have to hope something opens up at the last minute. If your preferred appointment isn't available, be sure to join the wait-list—it's the fastest way to snag a cancellation.
I truly do my best to accommodate everyone, but I'm only one massage therapist with two hands. Booking ahead gives you the best chance of getting the appointment you want instead of settling for whatever happens to be left.

As July comes to a close, so does this round of my Dry Brushing + Relaxation Massage Special.

I have genuinely enjoyed offering this service, and I want to thank everyone who trusted me enough to give it a try.

The experience begins with 30 minutes of dry brushing, followed by a 90-minute relaxation massage designed to help your body completely unwind. 🫠🫠🫠

In my professional opinion, this is the most relaxing service I offer. There's something about beginning with dry brushing before transitioning into a full relaxation massage that allows your body and nervous system to truly settle into a deep state of relaxation. It's one of my favorite services to perform.

If you missed it this time, don't worry. This is one of those specials I enjoy bringing back from time to time, so keep an eye on the page—you never know when it'll make another appearance. 😉😉😉

If you've ever wondered how this massage therapist survives a fully booked schedule... the answer is Alani. 😂

I'm pretty sure they've seen me pull through the drive-thru enough that they already know what I'm there for.

My drink of choice right now is the Ocean breeze Alani. Absolutely amazing 😍

So thank you for keeping my Alani stocked and helping me make it through long days of fixing necks, shoulders, and everyone else's life choices. 😅

I love the confidence y'all have in me. I really do.
But if your muscles have been collecting bad habits longer than some kids have been alive... one massage isn't going to convince them to change their ways.

Can one session make a difference?
Absolutely.
Can it reduce pain, improve movement, and help you feel like yourself again?
Also yes.

But the biggest changes don't happen in one appointment.
They happen when you stop waiting until your body sends out an SOS.

Think of massage like going to the gym.
You wouldn't expect one workout to undo years of sitting at a desk.
Your muscles work the same way.
One session helps.
Consistency changes the story.
