Around here, our campus is decorated for every season, and you know we couldn't let Halloween pass without a little spooky fun!
Even our deli got into the spirit, and apparently, our skeleton chef has a few things on the menu! 🦴👨‍🍳
He wanted us to share a couple of his favorite jokes:
Q: What does a skeleton chef say when serving a meal?
A: "Bone appétit!" 😂
Q: What Spanish food do skeletons enjoy the most?
A: Patella (paella)! 💀🥘

🌺🎤 A Little Aloha & a Whole Lot of Elvis! 🌴🎶
Throwing it back to our tropical luau, where we had a very special guest bring a little extra rock 'n' roll to the island vibes! 🕺🍍
Rob Ely, our very own Elvis for the day, joined in on the festivities, taking photos, mingling with residents, and making everyone feel like a star! 📸✨
But the real highlight? Watching our residents light up as Elvis sang directly to them! 🥹❤️ Those personal moments, big smiles, and unforgettable reactions made the day even more special.
There's nothing quite like a little Elvis magic to make a celebration one to remember! 🌺🎶💕

We're throwing it back to a day full of island vibes, colorful Hawaiian shirts, and plenty of aloha spirit! 🌸🌊
Our residents and team members showed up in their best Hawaiian attire, bringing a little taste of paradise to Samaritan Village! 🌴💛
And when it comes to spirit days, Roann always understands the assignment! 🙋‍♀️😂 Whether it's dressing up for a theme or taking on a fun challenge, she's always ready to go all out!
We love seeing our residents and team members get into the spirit and have fun together! 🌺🤙

💅 A Little Pampering
Who doesn't love a fresh manicure and a good chat? 💖 Our residents sure do!
Complimentary manicures have become a favorite part of our residents' weekly self-care routine, thanks to our wonderful Activities Team! ✨
But it's about more than just pretty nails! Our residents love getting that special one-on-one time with their favorite team members, catching up, sharing stories, and enjoying a little pampering along the way. Because sometimes all you need is a fresh coat of polish, good conversation, and a little TLC to brighten your day! 🌸💗

For our latest flower arrangement class, hosted by our very own resident florist, Joe, we were lucky enough to receive a generous donation of beautiful, fresh flowers from Atwal Farm — U-Pick Flowers & Fresh Produce! 🌻💕
As a family-owned farm celebrating its very first year, Atwal Farm went above and beyond to help make this experience special for our residents. Thanks to their kindness, our residents had the opportunity to get creative, arrange their own beautiful bouquets, and enjoy an afternoon surrounded by colorful blooms! 🌼

We want to give a huge thank you to Atwal Farms: U-Pick Flowers & Fresh Produce for generously donating so many beautiful flowers for our residents' flower arrangement class.
Our Resident Relations team had the pleasure of visiting their beautiful family-owned farm in Denair, where they were invited to handpick a colorful variety of fresh flowers and explore everything the farm has to offer!
What makes Atwal Farm even more special is their commitment to clean farming; embracing pesticide-free growing practices and using natural alternatives like cinnamon and neem oil to help keep pests away 🌱.
As they celebrate their first year as a small farm, we're especially grateful for their kindness and generosity toward our residents. 💕

🎃🍁 Spreading Fall Cheer Around Samaritan Village! 🍂🧡
Our campus is looking a little more festive thanks to some very special people! ✨
A big thank you to The Bailey Farm for generously donating a truckload of pumpkins to help bring the fall season to life around our campus! 🎃💛
If you know Bernadette, you know she loves a good holiday decoration! She's known for going all out with festive inflatables on her patio, giving her neighbors something fun to admire as they walk by. 🥰
This year, her family decided to take that tradition beyond her patio and spread the fall spirit to our main office entrance, decorating it with beautiful seasonal touches for residents, team members, and visitors to enjoy! 🍁
Thank you to The Bailey Farm and Bernadette & her family for making our campus a little brighter this fall! 🍂💕

🎂🎉 September Birthdays Worth Celebrating! 🥳💛
September brought us one of our biggest birthday dinners of the year, and what a wonderful celebration it was! 🎈✨
We had an amazing turnout of residents and family members who came together to celebrate, enjoy a delicious meal, and make special memories with one another. 💕
The best part? Several residents shared that this was one of the best birthday dinners yet! 🥰🎂 Hearing that makes these celebrations even more special!
