of Colorado Spring. The hospital Emergency Department is a level IV designated trauma center. The hospital gathers patients from a 75 mile radius. There are three primary care provider clinics attached to the hospital. The first clinic the Flagler Family Practice, is located at 305 Pawnee Ave Flagler Colorado. The second clinic the Limon Family Practice, is located in Limon Colorado, at 2110 6th Street. The third clinic The Lincoln Community Family Practice is on the campus of the Hospital at 111 6th Street Hugo Colorado.
