Our Medical Assistants are the heartbeat of every clinic visit. They greet you with a smile, take your vitals, give vaccines, prep your room, answer your questions, and keep everything running so our providers can focus on your care. They juggle full schedules, last-minute walk-ins, and a hundred small details, and they do it with skill, patience, and kindness every single time.

And because they’re part of this community, they don’t just know the work. They know you.

To our MAs: thank you. Thank you for the long days, the extra steps, and the care you pour into every patient. We couldn’t do it without you, and we’re so grateful you’re on our team. 👏

It's National Case Management Week, and today we're recognizing the knowledge and expertise that case managers bring to patient care.

Healthcare is complicated, and having someone who understands the system can make all the difference. From insurance requirements and discharge planning to coordinating specialty services and follow-up care, our Case Management Team helps patients navigate the details so they can focus on getting better.

We're grateful for the experience, knowledge, and commitment our team brings to Lincoln Health every day!

Today is **Hero Recognition Tuesday**, and we're celebrating our Lincoln Health Case Management Team!

Navigating the often confusing world of healthcare and health insurance isn't easy. From insurance preauthorizations and coordinating care to ensuring a smooth continuum of care, our case managers help patients and families navigate the process. That guidance and advocacy can make all the difference!

🎃 We've got some SPOOK-tacular creativity happening at Lincoln Health! 👻

Our Limon Clinic's 2026 Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest is underway, and our staff have really outdone themselves this year! From Olaf and Oscar the Grouch to a root b**r float and a mummy, these pumpkins are too good not to share! 🧡

Now we need YOUR help choosing a winner!

🗳️ Patients can cast one vote for their favorite pumpkin during their visit to our Limon Clinic. Just write your first and last name and place it in the voting container next to your favorite creation!

🏆 Winners will be announced October 29!

Our staff had so much fun putting these together, and we can't wait to see which pumpkin takes the crown!
