Our very first Monday Movements at Modern was a success!

We created this event as a way to give back to our community by providing a free, welcoming space where people of all ages and experience levels can come together, move their bodies, and prioritize their health.

Each event includes mat yoga and chair yoga, making it easy for everyone to participate at their own comfort level.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, everyone is welcome. Bring a friend, bring your family, or come solo—we'll even provide the yoga mats!
