Tropical Depression Five is likely to become Tropical Storm Edouard this evening and make landfall tomorrow afternoon or evening somewhere between Galveston Bay and Sabine Pass. The compact storm will leave a small footprint of impacts, but it looks like Houston is in the game for some flooding rains.
